1. What is Bassline Society?
Answer: Bassline Society is a clothing brand dedicated to bringing bassline culture to life through unique and high-quality merchandise. We offer T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and accessories that reflect our love for bassline music and style. Join our community and rep the bassline vibe!
2. What sizes do your products come in?
Answer: Our T-shirts and hoodies come in a variety of sizes, ranging from XS to 4XL. Check out our sizing page for a size chart to help you find your perfect fit. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance!
3. How do I care for my Bassline Society products?
Answer: To keep your Bassline Society gear looking its best, we recommend washing in cold water. For the longest-lasting prints, we suggest turning your clothing inside out before washing & avoiding tumble drying.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Answer: Unfortunately due to new regulations we are unable to ship within the EU at this current time. Subscribe to our emailing list to be notified when/if this changes.
5. How do I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package directly from the carrier’s website. If you need assistance with tracking, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.
6. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Answer: We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible, but if you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes before it ships, but once the order is processed, changes may not be possible.

8. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Answer: We’re sorry if there’s an issue with your order! Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
